MY NEW YEAR GOALS VISION 2020
Hey guys, welcome back to my blog. I hope you guys are well. It’s the 3rd week of 2020 and its insane to think how fast this year has been so far.
This post is long overdue but I have finally gotten round to putting this up.
Today I will be sharing with you my goals for 2020. Traditionally, at the end of the year, I outline all my goals for the following year in my daily journal which I pretty much take everywhere with me. The only challenge/problem with that is sometimes, I don’t get to open the journal for a few days.
So this year I decided to switch things up a little bit. I created a vision board on which I displayed images that represent my goals. I am a big believer in the law of attraction. The goal is to use this board for my daily affirmation.
This has enabled me to visually connect with my goals on a daily basis and remind myself of my dreams and goals at the start of every new day. Doing this motivates to continuously take steps that bring me closer to my dreams.
For this, I used a notice board, shoutout to my mother in law for giving me this. I also searched google images for pictures that represented my goals and printed them out.
At the back of the vision board, I then took each goal and broke it down into actionable steps I can take to help me get from my current state to my target state; including milestones
I usually have a reflection point throughout the year to monitor progress. This helps me establish what is working and what’s not and then seek ways to continuously develop throughout the year.
I am a result-driven person and defining my short, medium & long term goals have really helped me a lot over the years.
